MALAYSIA MY SECOND HOME (MM2H) -West Malaysia
The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, launched in 2002, is a visa initiative aimed at promoting Malaysia as an attractive place to live for foreign resident. Successful applicants are granted a 5/10/15 or 20 years renewable multiple-entry visa, offering flexibility to enter and exit the country. Sarawak Malaysia My Second Home (S-MM2H) PROGRAM
Sarawak Malaysia My Second Home Program (S-MM2H) is initiated to allow foreigners/retiree who fulfils the requirements to stay in Sarawak as their Second Home. The MM2H visa will be granted for a period of five (5) years and is renewable for another five (5) years if main applicant can fulfil the requirements such as minimum 30 days stay (accumulate) in Sarawak for applicants whole family PER YEAR.
FINANCIAL CRITERIA BEFORE APPLY MM2H PROGRAM
- All applicants must pass a medical check-up at designated medical centre in Sarawak.
- All applicants must purchase medical insurance in Sarawak as part of the required criteria while being on the visa (for applicants below 60 years of age at time of application
- S-MM2H participants can withdraw part of the fixed deposit (up to 50 %) after 1 year of holding the S-MM2H visa, for purchases made in Sarawak of the following : residential property, vehicle, medical expenses and / or children’s education
